Notice Regarding CDK Cybersecurity Incident

Last week, our primary business system supplier, CDK, was hit with a cybersecurity incident. This incident has impacted CDK’s customers across North America.

We remain fully operational and have implemented our business continuity response plans for incidents like this. These plans ensure your needs are met, but completing each transaction may take a little extra time.

There is currently no ETA for a resolution, but we want to assure you that the continuity of our service remains our top priority.

Remaining Vigilant of Impersonation Scams

In light of recent reports of bad actors impersonating Inland and making fraudulent collection calls, we want to remind you to stay vigilant of any phone calls or emails regarding our business partnership.

We do not collect sensitive information over the phone.

If you receive any unusual communication or change request from us, please confirm its validity directly with your usual Inland AR, Finance, or Sales Representative through our existing communication channels.
