Inland Kenworth is thrilled to announce that J.D. Power & Associates have awarded Kenworth Truck Company the award for highest customer satisfaction as a result of their 2010 Medium Duty Truck study released in late 2010.
This comprehensive annual study uses 1,300 interviews to assess customer satisfaction and manufacturer performance.
Kenworth’s Class 5, 6 and 7 trucks have long been top performers for the company and the study was particularly complimentary of the service facility network, of which Inland Kenworth is one of the largest dealers in North America.
“Kenworth is honored to receive this prestigious award,” said Bill Kozek, Kenworth general manager and PACCAR vice president.
“It’s gratifying that customers recognize the outstanding support they receive from more than 300 Kenworth dealer locations in the U.S. and Canada and from the Kenworth PremierCare® Customer Center which operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week,” said Kozek.
Kenworth’s medium duty product line features the Kenworth T170, T270 and T370, which offer outstanding performance, durability and low-life cycle cost for beverage and food haulers, fire departments, towing and recovery operators, propane and fuel fleets, general construction and landscape firms, and dry, refrigerated and side-curtain van operations. The T270 and T370 are also offered as diesel-electric hybrid trucks and tractors.
